Thrive was founded by Alissa Sculthorpe, a Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP) and School Psychologist with more than 15 years of experience helping students, young adults, and families navigate learning, behavioral, emotional, and transition challenges with clarity and confidence.
Alissa created Thrive to provide something many families struggle to find: expert guidance that is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate. With extensive experience conducting assessments, supporting students within school systems, and helping families understand complex educational needs, she brings a unique blend of clinical insight and real-world school expertise.
